Added some tacomods backlit radio knobs. Nice improvement over the stock knobs.

No. The TSS garnish is a separate part. OEM garnish is almost double what we paid for our grille. But there are lots of peeps who run an aftermarket garnish. Downside to the aftermarket is that most of them have a bright silver accents as opposed to the darker grey accents on the OEM. Basically makes the aftermarket versions stick out like a sore thumb. Alternatively, you can lay vinyl tint or tint over the aftermarket garnish to tone down the silver

    OEM grille garnish: 53141-35060

    Took the Alpharex tails off.
    Definitely poor quality.

    Will be sticking with OEM.

Same for me on the cam cap. So I called them and asked if they can cancel the cam cap so they can go ahead and ship the grille and cam bracket because I didn’t wanna wait any longer than I had to for the grille lol. Then they shipped it that day and I received it 3 days later via usps. I ended ordering the cam cap at my local dealer for $12

So how did you mount your TSS thing, did you use the garnish from the OEM grill??
That is what I am most confused about...

TBH, I am not sure what the garnish is... lol

I’ve come up empty on my search. Does anyone know if it’s possible to add a tall OEM style switch to my panel or do I need to buy a custom panel?

I bought an aftermarket garnish from Amazon and I vinyl tinted it. The tint toned down the bright silver accents a lot and made it look a ton better imo. As far as install, this vid should help you. He has the same grille you and I got. Also added shots of the before and after of my garnish I tinted

I didn’t have to recalibrate. No warnings and everything functioned. Didn’t have to add any washers or anything like that as I expected that the sensor would sit in there correctly since the grille is OEM

The one I ordered from Mike Calvert Toyota did not come with the garnish. I ordered one off Amazon and tinted it. As far as the camera hole you circled. I currently do not have a front cam on my truck. That’s where the camera mount and the connector cap come into play. The cam cap will be used to plug the hole until/if I decide to install an anytime camera up front. The camera bracket is what will hold that cam cap in place. When put together it should look like this

I guess those fitzaprint panels went up in price. Shows they're now about $100. I paid $50 in 2022 for pattern J. Aux8gang-1S, C3S.

New key fob batteries. Energizer CR2032 used to be made in Japan. Now it says they're from China. :ohsnap:
