Not looking for a new panel if I can help it. Looking for a way to add a tall OEM style switch where I outlined in red. Still have not found a way other than a new panel.

I'll most likely move the inverter button to the center stack to free up a space on the left panel and just use a small button.

The chrome ring around the grill, that is part of the grille insert right??
Meaning the new pro grill will eliminate the chrome ring, I hope...

Yeah, buttons are fun…. I read a long time back that electrical mods were the best ideas if you feel like “you have to get” something for your truck, just because of the weight gain. Gotta run the usb out of the console box to the back seat, got a little 2 button frame. I’ve got an empty hole up in the top and soon the rear, lol. Might just use one for a switch for the footwell lights.

cutting a hole for a switch takes incredible skill… probably some magic. I don’t think it’s actually possible.

Purchased Toyota Certified, with Vijay bumpers, additional lights, and Falken Wildpeaks on Fuel rims. Prev owner apparently painted the grill.
Hit up @ITmaD, he has several different version of 3D printed panels - for that location and others. I got one for my truck so I could get my clutch start cancel switch mounted along with fixing my trucks previous owners distasteful install.

Edit to add link to install pics.

    This for the box:
Amazon.com: True Mods 6 Way Blade Fuse Box for Automotive [ATC/ATO Blade Fuses] [100 Amp][LED Indicator] [Modular Design] [12V - 30V DC] Auto Marine Fuse Block : Automotive

Then of course quality wire from the battery and to ground. IIRC I used 12 ga. there.
I did that in 2020 along with wiring up a winch, ditch lights, fogs, bed lights, under hood illumination, comms, compressor power, and so on - so I can't name all of the components just now.

I did not tap into any of the truck's existing electrical circuitry -except for the battery itself-.
I ran independent power & wires to every aftermarket device, accompanied with fuses & relays. (Relay box under the hood.)
I also inserted a system circuit breaker between my added circuits and the battery. I can trip it and isolate everything I did in case Toyota wanted to blame me for a problem in their electronics. I felt that was important. (It also allows me to separate my work -if I screwed up somewhere- and not hinder the use of the truck. I can take my time troubleshooting my goof. Have not had to do that though!)
