Uhh, did you try standing in front of the truck with the lights turned off and look?

Well I was hoping someone would explain it cus I know nothing about DRL's. Which light will be on, the parking light or low beam or whatever light bulb there is in it.

    https://www.kbb.com/car-advice/daytime-running-lights/

Basically DRL’s are always on, providing light (duh) out of your front headlamps. It is a safety thing, increases visibility, even in daytime. If you turn the truck on and look at the lights, DRL’s will be visible to the naked eye (if equipped).

Someone might chime in with whether or not your model has it standard. A Google search would probably yield you an answer.

My recommendation is to not modify your lights if you lack an understanding of DRL, respectfully. It’s a basic driving school concept.

The head light I post are plug and play and looked pretty easy to install. Can the pros fit on an 08. I just skimmed it and it said 12-15

The headlights i have now are very dim and the previous owner put a light bar on cus of it so i just want new head lights.

The pros are for 12-15. There is a “sport” version of the 05-11 that has the darker “smoked” appearance on the bezels instead of the chrome.

Troll? I'm not sure. Immature? Sure, I'm wondering how old the OP isn't. Shows a lack of basic knowledge, asks for free advice, then gets hinkey about the answers.

Nice slam on dad for no reason too.

Take some time searching on here for reviews of those lights. Highly likely that they'll fail within a couple years. If you want new headlights, the best you can get are new OEM housings and the upgrade listed by @T4R_hereforbearings.

Here's an example from 2023 where a guy is complaining about alpharex customer service after his lights failed before the two year mark. My post down at the bottom of the thread links to his original post where many folks told him they're crap and to buy OEM. He didn't listen... Don't be like this guy.
