buying full OME kit + dakar

im going to be buying a lift kit for my 2015 soon
i had 5100s + OME lift springs (883 + 895e i think) for 6 years on my
2004 t4r and i did like it! stock UCA, towards the end i got some suspension clunk but idk what it was

told myself id like the OME setup someday
but wouldnt mind the 5100 kit again (couple hundred cheaper)

QUESTION (because one of those situations there's just an overload of info to dig thru)
1) i want the 2.5" kit, plan on front bumper and winch down the rd, rear bumper, no carrier
CAN I KEEP MY STOCK FRONT UCA, STOCK LENGTH BRAKE LINES, NO DRIVESHAFT SHIMS SPACERS, AND AS FOR BUMPSTOPS, DOWN THE ROAD BUY SOME PERRY ONES?
2) ill get tophat assembly, was wondering, without UCA or any of above mentioned concerns, as a B- mechanic, is swapping in the front assembly and rear leaf setup something i could pull off you think? i have access to friends and shops, but wondering if its a somewhat easy install without having to deal with UCA (id like to keep my OEM uca like i did on my t4r, but that only had about 2" of lift
