    What would be the best wheel size for a 255/80r17 tire on the 3rd gen tacoma's? 17x7 w/ +6 offset, 17x8 w/ 0 offset, or 17x8.5 w/ 0 offset?

My truck is a 2016 Tacoma TRD Off Road 2WD. I am planning on removing the previously installed spacer/preload 2" lift kit and 1" block in the rear, and then putting Bilstein 6112's (set at either #10/#8 for 2" or #9/#7 for 1.7") with 1/4" spacers, and for the rear Bilstein 5160's with a Headstrong 3 leaf AAL.

I currently have Pro Comp Series 34 Rockwell wheels 17x8.5 with 0 offset, with 285/70r17's KO2's and while I like the look of this size, I was thinking of switching to pizza cutter's 255/80r17's but not sure what wheel size would be optimal, especially for airing down when going off road.
