How did you measure? Usually the front is 1" lower than rear. You may need to replace leaf packs if the rear suggested that badly

Can you post some pics of your truck?
How much weight do you carry in your truck? Do you have a topper?
Is it always sagged or just when you load up?

If it is always sagged by constant weight I would suggest an Icon RXT leaf pack
If you only add weight occasionally causing it to sag Headstrong AAL or Sumo Spring bump stops would be a cheaper option

Yes, the front tires compress more under more front weight than rear tires.

Do you have a spacer on the front coil over assembly

    Edit found your problem
Just remove that spacer. Problem solved

In addition, you have a block in the rear.
Remove spacers or Invest in a proper lift

The problem is you leaf packs have sagged and completely flattened out. If your really want to keep it as is remove the block ans install new leaf packs such as a dobinsons 110 or so.

Adding another block introduces different issues and just band aids the problem. Fix it right if you want a lift.

5100's all around and a new leaf pack get rid of the spacers.

It seems you have maybe 2" block in rear already. I'm not sure you shock will appreciate an additional spacer.

Bro-lean/rear sag of a formerly leveled truck by front spacer and rear block is the common end result of the initial cheap and easy plan that was never upgraded over time.
Stock leaf springs are garbage and a block under them only hastens their decline in my opinion. A taller rear block will raise the rear but make axle wrap forces even greater- it's like making the truck walk on stilts rather than give it longer legs.
Removing the front spacer and starting over is a better plan.
