    Wow!
Just came back from a 30,000 mile checkup and asked the guys to check my fuel door. VERY hard to close and just doesn't close correctly. They told me they had to order parts, paint, etc.: $395 to fix!! They told me it wasn't covered under my "extended" warranty.

I swore I would never get another extended warranty, but I was nudged into it with the person I was buying the truck with. I've never had a part that actually failed covered under the extended warranty!

Same issue on my 22. I have lived with it since I bought it but it has gotten worse. The paint is scrapped up on the lower left and upper area of the door. It will
barely open and close without me bending it into place.

I took it to Toyota because it is clearly a manufactured defect. My truck has 30k miles and they say it’s not their problem.. they acknowledge the door is bent but because I didn’t bring it in immediately they won’t claim responsibility.
