    Hello,

I have a 2005 Tacoma 4.0 4x4 6 speed manual that occasionally falls out of second gear, and slightly grinds into 3rd when it is cold. Truck has a b&m short throw shifter that was on it when I bought it.

Do the b&m's have replaceable shift bushings that wear out like the oem ones?

Hoping this is a simple fix and not synchros or something. Also going to check if bellhousing bolts are all tight as this could cause same symptoms as well.

    Thanks!

I agree... Was hoping the b&M's have bushings and a cup to wear out like the OEM ones do which cause similar symptoms. Just unsure how the b&M's are built
