I moved the battery into the bed and not sure if it has anything to do with it, but I'm having trouble starting it. Gas in the oil, fouled plugs, and excess carbon and fuel smell every where. My key quit turning the ignition, so I put a couple toggle switches and a push button in it's place. What did I do wrong?

That's... probably not because of the battery relocation. Unless you drilled a hole through the engine block or something to run the new cables to the battery, but I can't imagine anyone doing something that ridiculous.

typically, fuel in oil is bc air-fuel mixture not ignited correctly. Excess fuel runs down past the piston rings and into engine oil pan. Also fuel “washes” cylinder walls causing excessive wear

    you got codes?

All the scanner was saying was misfire and low voltage from O2 sensor

Did you accidentally wire the fuel pump on a constant hot instead of a keyed hot? It could be running constantly and with a bad/leaky fuel injector you’d be pushing fuel into a cylinder when not running which would cause a lot of those problems.
