Hey y'all. Looking forward to finally having something to say in this community instead of just lurking.

Been wanting a taco for about 10 years now, and finally in a place in life where I can "work on" a car (truck) and not have it mess up my work commute.

Afaik, I'm the 3rd owner. The kid I bought it from did a few mods, including:
    - 2" level
    - upgraded subs, amp, and speakers
    - new front/rear light housings
    - bull bar (Amazon special)
    - LEDs galore
    - upgraded head unit
    - rebuilt transmission at 240k miles
    - 17" wheels

My goal is to turn this into a "light" off roader to handle rough terrain and deep backroads.

There are a variety of issues (or maybe not) I'm working through.
    - priority #1 is addressing the variety of maintenance lights, check engine, maint req, battery, oil, etc. making sure the engine and trans are in good enough shape to not shit the bed in an emergency
    - alignment needs adjusting
    - probably going to remove the level kit and replace for a full 3+ inch lift kit
    - front and rear AGM or CBI bumpers with 5th wheel
    - bed rack
    - winch
    - LED lights everywhere
    - bigger wheels and tires
    - front fairing kit, probably 4" to widen and open up the front
    - rear seat delete and storage, already have the seats out, just need to build in the box and drawers.
