Weird wire colors for 7 pin trailer plug

Weird wire colors and lots of confusion for 7 pin trailer plug… which wire/s are for brake lights (or LH turn/stop and RH turn/stop)? I have multiple white wires, blue, green, pink, brown and black. The snap pin that holds it is also at the 11 o clock position…

It looks like you already have the tow package, what are you trying to do?

That also serves the 4 pin plug so it isn't a straight shot to the 7 pin.

 

I need to tap into the left stop and right stop for rear emergency lights. I figure it’s the light blue and pink wire…. Am I correct?

Nah, I just stare at caribes diagrams until I understand them

 

For just stop circuit, tap the rear lights, not the towing wires. Towing mixes stop n turn. (on 4 pins & 7 pin outlets)

 

Instead of cutting factory wires and risking expensive OEM harnesses,buy this instead and it for whatever wiring you need
