I am looking to buy some license plate lights to throw onto my after market bumper. Does anyone know what female plug connects to this? I can only find 2-pin ones, not 4. Any help is appreciated!

That is a female plug you will need a male to plug into that.

I know that. I'm saying I do not see any that would fit, I only see 2 prong connectors

I would change my question to “what male plug connects to this female” just saying.

That is a male connector (with pin contacts). Female connectors have socket contacts.

And you are actually looking for a female. On connectors the gender is determined by the terminal as opposed to the housing. It gets confusing

I have always been wrong cause I always thought a connector you plugged into was a female connector. Now I got to reprogram that might be hard for me lol.

OP, that other black connector next to the one being discussed is of some concern. If I am correct that is a BSM connection and has live CAN circuit(s) that could with moisture and dirt cause some problems in the future. It might be wise to get a FEMALE connector without pins, but with wire plugs to seal that off. The same supplier puppy linked for you has those available. Iirc 10 cavity TS series Sumitomo .64mm - verify.

The BSM is turned off. Is anything else on that circuit?

Yes, the CAN. Live with BSM off. It is the bus that drives all the modules on the truck. Even with the dash BSM switch off there is still power from a variety of fuses to the connector.
BKUP LP NO. 3 if manual transmission
    ECU-ACC if Auto transmission
ECU-IG NO. 2 if the dash switch is on

    Any other connectors disconnected?

Just the two in the photo. I will stuff it with tape for now and look for a plug to stick in there

If you plan on ordering the other connector mentioned previously, just order both.

Call them, say you want to add something.

    Edit:
Oh. Looked at the date of your post, probably too late to add to the order.
