Just purchased my 2023 Tacoma Limited with only 4900 miles. The Original owner added the Tonneau cover, running boards, Ceramic paint coating, rubber floor mats etc.

    I haven't owned a Toyota in a long time. I loved my 91 4runner but the 3VZE gave out at 203K.

I am not sure what mods I will do. I primarily wanted a better vehicle to pull my boat to WI lakes. (vs GMC Acadia 2WD). I love the look of the overland Tacomas I see on-line.

The Tire pressure monitor system is not working. It isn't displaying any pressures and the light turned on, happened on the way home from the dealership. I am planning on using a different dealer closer to home anyway until the warranty runs out.

I used to be a gearhead and put myself though engineering school while I worked Autobody for 8 years. Not so much of a gearhead anymore. I like the simplicity of this model and can probably do a lot of work on it myself.

Anyway. Cool forum. I will see you in there.

Welcome. There is a very active WI forum: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/wisconsin-tacomas-and-bad-financial-advice.21543/ Jump in and show some pics, we'll help you spend your money...we're experts! We have a varied bunch of overlanders and get out several times a year for shenanigans.

    Where in WI? Pics?

Stock wheels? If so, that's what your warranty is for. Personally, I'd have turned right around and made the selling dealer fix it...they sold the vehicle, it should have been operational.

    Hello Rich:

I live in Greenville WI close to Appleton.

Stock wheels - 18 inch - Michelin - Look very street but are way too new to justify replacing.

I would have turned around, but I was on my way to a funeral, and I would have been 20 miles from home in Oshkosh WI with no ride back. I was guessing no techs would be in to fix it immediately. I have been traveling for work and haven't had time to deal with it.

I still yet to fill out the review for the dealer. It will not be a 10/10.

I'm in Hilbert, SE of Appleton. Did you buy from Bergstrom, then? Kolosso's service dept is generally pretty good. You have to be on your toes with a couple of their service writers, they'll try to blow stuff off if they can get away with it.

If you see a silver access cab OR with a roof rack, above cab cap, 33s, sliders and Ivan Stewart Racing graphics on the side...that's me...hard to miss.
