09 Tacoma Red access cab 6spd manual

URD Long tube headers, clutch masters clutch and sleeve and bearing. Ripp coil packs. cia, cerma engine treatment(amazing beyond words). Pulstar plasma plugs

So I'm getting P2118 code. Youtube says a fuse for the throttle body. Is it true AND IF SO please SOMEONE indicate where the exact location of fuse.
Youtube video said it could stop running and not rev over 1000 rpms....true?

Ive also purchased seafood spray for the TB.

That would be your ETCS Fuse (10A) in the underhood fuse box, it will sometimes blow if the battery is weak or you jumpstart the vehicle.
