What rating do you all use on your jacks/stands? Was planning on grabbing a 6 ton stands but what I’m unsure about is what tonnage rating the jack should be. 3 ton should cover the curb weight of the truck if I’m not mistaken but might go with more to be safe. What do you all use

I also have stock sized tires with a topper

It's less Tacoma and more mod
I've always used 6 ton stands just for the extra height.

My main jack is 3 ton which should be plenty since I can really only lift two wheels off the ground at a time with it

6 ton stands (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00026Z3DQ) here as well.

As for a floor jack, I recently picked this one up when they had it on sale ( ). Replaced my Alcan low profile as I was growing tired of needing x4 2x4s on the jackpad just to get the truck off the ground high enough for the jack stands. With the Badland jack and utilizing the extension, no more 2x4s . For you, since you're stock height I imagine most 3 ton floor jacks will be fine.

    Safety first!

Your trust harbor freight jacks/stands? Some funny advice I’ve heard “if your life depends on it don’t buy it at harbor fright” lol.

Project Farm did a video about jacks/stands and he found the Daytona by Harbor Freight to be pretty nice. Still get a little nervous buying stuff like this from them but I was eyeing their stuff due to the project farm vid and the pricing

I run 6 ton all around. Is it overkill? Probably. Does it work for me? Yeah

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Yup, I trust them. Face it, they're all made in China, probably the same factory. Your other option is make your own.
