If it is still the HPTuners, then you ecu won't work well with that BOV placement, since the truck is still using the MAF sensor. If you start noticing issues, that's the first place to look.

Maf is only there as a IAT sensor. I have a GM style sitting on my toolbox but that's going to require a section of 3.5" pipe to replace that section on the upper IC pipe.

Update on this build. Alot has happened.
So the truck got tuned on the setup and she made 500whp and 576trq, but cylinder4 ran lean and the piston swelled up and displaced the oil in that rod bearing so it spun. the motor had to come back apart. I pulled the motor, hand honed the block, purchased a set of Mahle .020 pistons and ceramic coated them, i purchased 1 rod from BC and 1 new OEM crankshaft from toyota. new set of king bearing went in , a new gasket set and put the motor back together. I replaced the pump because i saw it struggling when i was draining into a fuel can. I pulled the tank out and saw that the connector was over heating. I installled a stronger bulkhead connector and i replace the pump anyways in fear of possible over heating of it. I went with a TI Auto 525lph hellcat pump this time. I broke the motor in for 500 miles and I decided to go with a different tuner and we started from scratch tuning it out. We noticed that the injectors were at max duty cycle at 12-13 psi. So i bought new injectors Alpha injection 1300cc and we saw that i was at max duty at 18 psi. That didnt make sense. So we contacted Aplha injection and from there recomendation I installed 2nd fuel pump that activated after 10psi VIA hob switch. that did the trick we were no longer going lean. we felt confidednt to go dyno the truck to see what she can do

Precision 6266 took a crap and couldn't be rebuilt. Replaced the turbo with pulsar 6466 ball bearing unit. Here you see the single 525lph with upgraded bulk head plug adapter

new turbo went in , and we noticed the 1300s were still falling short, so the 2nd pump went in. here you see some of that setup. I did flex 3/8 id hose internal to feed into a y barb to the bulk head adapter in the top hat. I also did a -6 top hat bulk head return and ran -6 hose to the hard line thats e85 resistant. I added 2 bulkhead adapters to run the wires through into a deutsch connector.

Here I added a off brand bucket seat, 1320 seat brackets, the circuit breaker to power both pumps, I ran a 4guage wire to the back with a 2-1 distribution block inside of a waterproof unction box. I wired it and ran dual bosch relays, one is trigger from factory power, the other is triggered by the 10psi hob switch.

Hear The the Dyno Results. I believe I have one of the highest HP 1grfe builds that has no sleeves and cast pistons. And that is not a shop vehicle or a drift car ( Ekanoo racing 4wd FJ, And Ken Gushi Formula GR86 drift car)

What is even more impressive, is that assuming things are still like the earliest photos, is that this was all done with OEM log style headers.

Correct Torspd. It's on the chopped oem manifolds with Vband welded on. I copied LS budget turbo guys. If they can make 1000hp, I can make 600
