I seem to have found the problem, following your advice and diagrams of Dm93.
pin 8 of the IB1 socket seemed normal, but a little smoked
with a small pin I scraped it as best I could and also cleaned pin 8
I put everything back, and give it a try
it turned on the first try, and it stayed on.
I turned it on and off a few more times and it still works.
I don't know if it was actually the IB1 socket.
I'm attaching some photos of what I think is the IB1 socket
and it's the one I cleaned.

Not uncommon for IB1 Pin 8 to burn, I forgot about mentioning to check that but I was thinking the fuel pump was running.

I have an update, my Tacoma is working again,
thanks to all of you who guided me with your opinions, diagrams and videos.
Even though I am not a mechanic I was able to solve it,
thanks to your valuable help.
And after a year and a half out of service and two mechanics, who could not fix it.
And now, thanks to you, it's finally working again.
Tacoma World and members is the best website.
