5012 white tacoma base 2.4 4wd

IT'S a 2012 TACOMA 2.7, 5spd,4wd truck wont start had p1604 code first,now got p2433,p1613, changed out fuel pump,injectors,fuel pressure line,throttle body,still wont start,turns over but no crank.

Predator tube steps, Ranch Hand grill guard, Magnaflow CatBack exhaust, Toyota tool box & bed mat, 2LO Module by @Up2NoGood, Rearview Compass/Temp Mirror, Tune by @JustDSM.
Those codes are all to do with the Secondary Air Injection System (SAIS), none of them would cause a no start.

Check connector IB1 Pin 8 (Black/Red) behind the left kick panel for a burnt pin, if it's not burnt then make sure you have power there during cranking.
