    I have to admit......the way some sub chains put the meat and cheese in their hogies really doesn't do it for me......
    A lot of the times it's SO packed in on one side it's ALL meat in one bite and all bread and toppings in the next.
    Personally 90% or more of the time I tend to unroll the meat and cheese log that they seem to pile up in just one part, (usually the center) and lay it out across the bread, so I get bites of everything.

    I do agree about not stacking everything so flat, so I tend to mix up things like veggies or sauces in there so the meat and cheese doesn't end up packed so tightly.

    Not sure how "sandwich PC" that is to say but loose or not the giant roll of meat and cheese seriously deminsh my sando experience.
