Loud and sounding good are not equal.

These engines are not particularly 'sound friendly'.

To my ears, which are spoiled by lumpy cam v8s and high strung smaller engines, the OE TRD is about as good as it gets

I am a big fan of the MBRP and Maganflow for these trucks. Definitely better quality than the brand you currently have. Also that muffler you have now is chambered which has been proven by 3rd parties to actually rob a little hp. MBRP and Magnnaflow both feature a straight through design for optimal flow and have a nice deep tone. Message me or @paul@gotexhaust if you would like a quote

It's been literally decades since I've seen a white differential on a street vehicle.

Guessing a former GM guy, trying to make the center look like a 10 or 12 bolt diff?

    Welcome back to the 70s!

Well, I guess some people have taste, and some have their own taste. But it's definitely just a painted axle and definitely a tacoma.

I have a Flowmaster Delta 50 series, it is deeper and louder than stock, no drone, and not too loud when the back slider is open on an Access cab. Easy install with butt clamps, taking the same space as the stocker. It is not as good as a V8, but it’s not blatty or ricer sounding.
