    Do you guys actually eat the chum salmon or just okay catch and release with them? We just feed them to dogs or use them as bear bait.

    The hens have the best eggs for ikura and bait. I’ve done them as fish and chips and they were good. Just gotta treat them as a white fish instead of salmon.
