I received my 5100’s front and rear with new top mounts. I got a 2022 Sport suspension used last year with add a leaf on the rear leafs.
My question for you guys is do I use the stock springs or 3rd gen springs up front? I was planning on using the third clip as I didn’t want it too stiff. Also the overload spring is still on the leafs. Do I keep the overload on? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

5100's are recommended to be used with factory coils. I'd personally run the 2015 coils. Others will chime in.

The 2022 will run stiff as it is intended for a heavier cab. So I'd recommend either 1-2 clip on the 2022 or 3 clip on the 2015 as @Strictlytoyz suggests.

I typically remove them, you can always add it back in down the road if need be.

In the past I've left mine on for added height. Taking it off will help with ride quality.

I had this same question last week and couldn’t decide which spring to use so I just went with 6112 which come with their own spring. That answered that question.

Anything needed to keep the add a leaf from turning sideways? Does this look correct?

Looks good to me. Ubolts should be sufficient in keeping the AAL from shifting. As stated earlier by @Musubi3 , if you need more height you can put the overload back in. Just remember it'll also ride stiffer.

Brake hose goes onto the overload. Where should it attach if I remove it? just don’t want to do anything twice.

Not to start a fight here but removing the overload accomplishes nothing. It's not even used unless you are loaded right down to the point where you are nearly at bump stops. It doesn't make normal driving any stiffer. There is 0 practical reason to remove that.

Thank you everyone for the advice. Everything is installed, passenger side definitely higher front and rear. Will it settle some?

1/2" difference is normal. It's called the "Taco lean". Its from the battery and gas tank both being on the driver side. Some people toss a 1/4" top hat spacer on the driver side to compensate for it but it's not really a problem.
