I've seen a bunch of posts related to the issue, and my '23 has it. Of course the damn adjustment mechanism is 6 inches from my ear, and it's driving me nuts. "Tick, tick, tick, tick."

I know I could stuff something in there, but it seems to me it's either a weak spring, or too short of a spring that's not providing tension on the button. Has anyone tried disassembling it and installing a longer spring, or stretching the existing one?

My 21 did it about a year after purchase. I adjusted the height a bit, and it changed the angle and tension of the belt and the rattling stopped. I'm 6'1" though so my height may affect the validity of that solution, so mileage may vary.

Thanks, I'm 6'2", but I'll see if adjusting it down will help.
