The Radium kit DOES NOT fit. Not even close.

Even if you had a chance of getting adapters to get the mounting bolts right (definitely not possible), that rail uses physically larger injectors. Ours are the smaller 11mm injectors, while these rails take 14mm injectors.

This is why I designed my own rails.

I will have some more rails in the near future.

Not yet and I do apologize for that. There have been a lot of delays. Additionally I am also working on what I hope will be a great component to go with the rails. At the moment my time has been taken up with rebuilding the development truck to handle what I need to do next.

The 2GR that I just built and put in has all forged internals, including custom billet pistons, cams, and a ton of porting and head work. The goal is to get the truck to 20psi on the twin turbos, which will require more fuel obviously. Currently I am TIG welding a custom full 2.5" to 3" equal length exhaust to handle the extra flow. As soon as that is done, which I am almost finished, I can get things moving again.

Again, I apologize for the delays. I will have an update in a couple weeks.

Also, if anyone wants a used URD mid pipe for a 3rd gen tacoma (v6) on the cheap, let me know. I dont need it anymore. It ain't pretty anymore, but it's cheap.

This thing looks wild, but you would not believe the difference it makes. Even without cats, the truck is quieter and sounds significantly better. Not to mention the fact that equal length pipes increase exhaust flow, effectively allowing your exhaust to evacuate faster and more efficiently.

Rails and other things to come soon now that the test truck is assembled.

Easy, pie cuts take forever. It would have taken like 40 pie cuts to do the passenger loop. I was doing 7.5 degree pies to keep it smooth.

I was burning through too much argon backpurging it all so i changed to mandrels to finish. I am by no means an expert TIG welder.

Update: Revisions to the rail design are done. I will be sending them off to for production tomorrow. Version 2 just adds in some improvements to increase installation ease and reduce machining on my end. Also adding in some small cosmetic updates. With this version, they will be going into larger production and availability. I will move this forum over to the marketplace (since it won't be a group buy anymore), as well as look at potentially a website. I will provide a timeline once I talk to production.

I may look at additional colors. Anyone like the idea of maybe red or something else? I'll look at maybe 1 or 2 other colors, but the primary will remain black.

Additionally I will likely be changing the hoses to crimped fittings since hand assembly of PTFE lines is tedious (takes about 20 min per set). I will maintain PTFE lines as the only option, due to the importance and requirement of durability and safety. The price will go up as I previously discussed and the fuel hoses will be included as standard. For anyone who might complain, I'd like to remind you that the original run was done with no profit and all development costs were on me. If I want to keep things going, I have to show profit for tax purposes. Sorry, that's just business.

Manufacturing will ALWAYS remain in the US, which is why it will never be cheap.

Also, and I'm excited about this part, but I'm well into development of the next piece. I am investing in some things right now so I can provide some major items. I am keeping it close for now, but I promise you all it's big. It's going to take me some time to work out some things so it'll be plug and play, but my intent is for everything I produce to be easy bolt on like OEM. More on that once I get a prototype going.

I apologize to everyone who has been waiting for a set of rails. I am finally getting to a place where I can put more energy and time into this venture. I appreciate everyone's patience.

New rails are due in mid June. There will be 40 sets of Black and 10 sets of Red.

Hoses will be the original black nylon PTFE with all black fittings. Will look into red fittings, but may not be an option for some of the more specialized ones (like the banjo).

Working on the prototype piece for the next development part as well. Lot of moving parts to get everything to be plug and play, to include ordering wiring connectors from the UK..... More updates on this one later.

It fits any application that uses the factory lower intake manifold or the magnuson supercharger.

Potentially, but the runner lengths are different, so fitment is not guaranteed.

Rails are on the way and should be here very soon. Most of the kits will be black, but I did 9 kits in Red. I will post some pictures once arrived. I will set up another page for purchasing over the next few days once I figure that out.

For hoses, I will be doing the normal hoses as I work through my stock of remaining fittings. I'm still trying to find a manufacturer that provides crimp fittings for all the angles I need. Hoping to go to crimped, but not certain as of yet. I want to ensure that I find a good fitting that functions flawlessly and looks good.

Updating pricing, and it won't be increasing much at all. The big change will be that shipping will be calculated moving forward.

More to follow in the next few days. I will also provide some pictures of the new design and color.

The next run of rails has arrived, and they look great. This run has design improvements incorporated into them. Nothing major, just some aesthetic changes and improvements to make installation a little easier. I have plenty available on this run, but as stated before only 9 sets red. If they are popular, then I will do more in the next batch.

Pricing will be $350 plus shipping based on your location. Price is the same regardless of color.

I still have to run through them all and do some quality control, ensure fitment, and assemble kits. I will be able to start taking orders next week. Since I'm not an official vendor on here and this doesn't quite fall into the category of the Buy/Sell/Trade forum, I'm going to continue to offer the rails here. At least until I get told otherwise, or I figure out the right place.

I will reach out to those that have expressed interest previously first, starting next week, then will start taking new orders. Please just send me a private message if you are interested in a set. For the hoses, unless otherwise stated, you will receive the 180 degree crossover that fits the Magnuson Supercharger. I still have plenty of 90 degree crossovers, so if you have the factory intake manifold and have no intention of installing a supercharger, just let me know and I'll send you the 90 instead. Also, please let me know whether you want black or red.

Without further ado, here are the new rails:

Private messages have gone out to those who previously reached out for fuel rails while I was out of stock. I currently have 11 kits assembled and ready to go out. Priority will go to those I messaged directly first.

For everyone else interested, feel free to send me a private message with the following information:

    Name
    Shipping Address
    Phone Number
Fuel Rail Color (red or black)
Shipping preference if something other than USPS is desired (i.e. faster shipping, Fedex, or UPS)

    Some reminders:

This kit is 100% plug and play. It comes with high quality PTFE hoses and all fittings to allow for a direct install right out of the box (see post #1). I have plenty of black kits, but red is quite limited and will be first come first serve.

The hose kit will come standard with a 120 degree crossover designed for the Magnuson Supercharger. If you are Turbocharged, or N/A with no intent to install a Magnuson S/C, I can provide the 90 degree crossover hose if asked, which just has a slightly less aggressive bend.

The kit is available for $350 plus shipping, based on your address. Once I receive your information, I can provide you a total cost with shipping and arrange payment.

Thank you everyone for your patience and interest.

Do you have any more information on this? I’m looking into swapping the Camry manifold onto my truck. Don’t wanna buy the manifold just to see my rails won’t fit it.
