Man I can't wait to get mine installed. I had to order the updated power tray because I got a newer auxbeam switch panel with the orange sticker, and I guess they had to update their design for those. So I'm waiting for them to get em done and ship me one. End of the month for those I last heard. Already got a head start and mounted the switch panel via the taco garage ddm. Absolutely love how this turned out. I'll be able to control it with my phone, android head unit, or a little remote control too.

If you are talking about the two bolts that hold the tray to the driver side fender I believe they are M8-1.25. Hole depth isn't very deep, but correct bolt length will depend thickness of what you are mounting there.

The OE power tray is too narrow for the newer version Auxbeam fuse boxes (orange stickered). In the first pick you can see the RA60's mounting tabs protruded past the OE tray's width. I email OE and they were quick to reply (within hours of my email, so kudos to OE). What he said is that people are trimming off the tabs and using VHB tape to mount the box. This makes the case for paying the extra for Auxbeam specific one from Power Tray, but when I ordered from OE the Power Tray I wanted was out of stock. I was not aware of Paranoid Fabrications.

I got a little creative and am using some extruded aluminum with the OE tray. I had a scrap piece of extruded aluminum from a work project. If I had to buy everything I used, cost of the parts excluding the OE tray and some M6 bolts is about $25 from McMaster Carr. so not much more that a roll of VHB tape.

I've got to finish the wire hookup, but I'm waiting on some cable / wire clamps so things look neat and tidy.

Dang. I'm still waiting on my pre-ordered powertray for the updated design (since Dec. 6th). January 6th i emailed asking for an update and said they were hoping to have them by the end of Jan, but no updates since. Was getting impatient and literally just ordered the OE tray hoping it would fit. I've got the AC-800 and looks the same as yours, so good to know it does not fit the OE (without some kind of mod)..

Hmmm.. well, I guess I'll just hold out for the powertray and return the OE when it arrives. And nothing against powertrays, I know it's a process getting things designed and ready for shipment.. Just hope they get done soon is all, been two months, and I've already got the switch panel mounted on the dash with a tacogarage ddm so I'm ready! They even called me to confirm a couple things on my order initially and explained I didn't need a cable/accessory bundle i ordered and refunded that part of it. I knew I didn't NEED everything in the kit as Auxbeam includes everything already, but i wanted to have a custom setup with better quality cables and fuses, etc. But decided to cancel that part and wait to see how the auxbeam kit turns out, then go from there.

If you got one with your kit careful mounting the Auxbeam breaker. I snapped a post on mine. I wasn't cranking on it, at least I don't think so. It was a three finger pull on a 10" ratchet. The Auxbeam breaker is unbranded, so I wound up buying a Bussmann 60A to replace it. Luckly the mounting holes for both were the same. Unfortunately the Bussmann doesn't have the cool clear plastic cover like the Auxbeam but it is rated as waterproof.

I was wondering. Is there a reason I never see auxiliary fuse boxes attached directly to the engine fuse box lid? Mounted on top?

I don't know why people don't do it mine is sitting there with Velcro holding it tight. If I need to move it, It just pops off and back on again without removing any wires or bolts.

@TomTwo that's awesome! I was considering it, even drilling it because I have a second fuse lid just in case I ever want to remove it.

I didn’t drill anything because I didn’t want any water to get into the factory fuse box

Really? I see them all the time here and wonder why people would put it there and adversely affect access to the stock fuse box. A few fat cables and a few dozen wires can do that.
