Photoshop request thread

This requires both photoshop as well as another program so hoping someone can help.

Wanting to cut out a sign for my wife and I, a portrait of our dog specifically.

Had to put him down a few weeks back and I've been telling myself I'd get on it and haven't.

Problem is, no experience, no paid program, etc so seeking for someone to help here -

Can use either of the two pictures here, portrait would only contain basically a head shot (tiny bit of neck maybe), no background, and then converted to an SVG without too much line work as I would be cutting it out on metal via CNC

If possible, could someone photoshop this flatbed onto this single cab?

or make the flatbed a single cab whatever is easier.
