Is the driver side bed cubby & door available?

 

No. I didnt remove them.

 

For the Clazzio seat covers- does it include wiring/ switch for the seat heat?

And is it for a power drivers seat or manual know? (or does it not matter?)

It includes all the connecters and switches. It may need a bit of additional wiring depending on where you put the switches. I added additional wiring (and clipped it) as I had the switches in the overhead console. I had them in a manual seat Taco, but I don't think it matters.
