I'm newish to the state and I have a gun that I want to sell. In Georgia where I'm from, you can post it on The Outdoors Trader message board and if someone wants it you just meet up somewhere like a Home Depot parking (shade tree pharmacist style) to do the transaction. I know that's not how it works in Washington so I'm curious how do you post/advertise a privately owned weapon for sale in Washington?

There are lots of classifieds you can search for but you’ll need to go through someone with a FFL or a gun store to do the final transaction. I believe several members here have them as well that could assist.

 

Thanks for the reply! I totally understand the private sale transfer process. I was mainly looking for recommendations for websites with classifieds that are local. I’d prefer not to ship. Thanks again!
