Check out Rockauto. They have what you're looking for.

Denso is the original I pulled out.
Was unaware initially Toyota uses Denso fuel pumps.
Been looking for the Denso part # comparing pics. as some are different.

I originally bought a Delphi full pump and had issues with it and removed and went with this from Amazon though. Works perfect

    Thanks Anthony250f!
Please forgive me for being naive. Is this all that really goes bad in this fuel pump? I’m all for rebuilding anything. Didn’t know this was an option as no one else I know has indicated or dares to attempt a rebuild of these. Although make perfect sense to me!IMG_7391.jpg

Pretty much yes! I had an incorrect fuel level gauge which left me stranded a few times so I replaced the sender too but you do not have to replace that if yours is working fine. It’s a easy swap I’m at 266k miles and everything works good.

If you wanted, you could also install an external fuel filter for easier future replacements/assessments, since the filter is internal to that unit pulled out of the tank.

From an Engineering Standpoint I always found it kinda irresponsible, inconvenient, and just plain stupid to install fuel pumps and filters in tanks.
I’ve installed many fuel pumps externally on the frame near the gas tank with no issues whatsoever.
I MIGHT attempt that with my Tacoma just for the heck of it since it’s paid for and Indint need it today.
Also, makes sense to rebuild fuel pumps since nothing is wrong with the casing hoses or wiring.
