I've got a 2004 double cab with just over 200K miles.
after driving for a few hours and parking in my driveway, about 1 hr later i noticed water dripping from just behind the passenger front wheel. Its a slow, steady drip and def water. I traced it to (what looks like) a black drain tube coming out of the fire wall on the passenger side. Does this have something to do with A/C?

    Should i be worried?

It's less Tacoma and more mod
Nothing to worry about, that is your A/C evaporator dripping condensate, that means it is working 100% as designed.
