Just bought a 2023 Tacoma OR and put in a 3” lift with some new Ultra Hunter wheels and 285/70/17 Falken Wildpeak AT4 tires. Ran into a bit of an issue because the wheel I selected only came in +18 offset so had to install 1-1/4” spacers, but really liked the wheels so didn’t want to switch to something else! Pics here are before and after. Now to find more mods…..

    Sweet looking truck!
Have you encountered any rubbing at all after upgrading wheels and tires?

It touches just a bit on the fender near the door. It’s an area that I think I can take a bit off there and it won’t affect anything. Other than that it seems to be ok. Just finished it today and didn’t drive it a lot yet.
Going to get an OTT tune done next week and then add some blackout on the emblems and the tailgate. After that, who knows…..hoping for some suggestions from folks in here.

As far as mods, it's really all about personal preference. You're gonna hear this and that from folks on here but at the end of the day it's your truck, your investment, you're justified to build it and waste your money your way however you please.

If you do any off roading at all I suggest sliders and skid plates.

Yep, I hear ya. I’ve been reading thru a lot of threads before joining and see a lot of opinions on a lot of mods. My off-roading isn’t too extreme, but I would like to look at skid plates.

Today I blacked out the emblems and the tailgate and installed the weather tech rain guards on the windows and the WT floor mats. Just trying to do some small stuff that I think makes it look better…….

I keep after them pretty much all the time, but have had them mess with our vehicles before.

Yeah you’ll want to stay on top of them. So many postings on here with rodents Wreaking havoc on our trucks. If you all of a sudden get CEL and other lights, could be the little bastards. They like the wiring. Might want to check under the hood daily, weekly or consider a deterrent.
