The cruise control just stopped working for no apparent reason. Is this a clockspring issue or a secret relay/fuse issue? is a clockspring difficult to repair/replace for an average mechanic? Concerned about the airbag.

No separate fuse or relay. Clockspring isn't difficult to replace. I'll be doing this myself in the near future. I tried a new switch first but didn't fix my issue. Brake switch could be your problem also.

I had the same issue and took awhile to track it down. I added after market fog lights about a month before and that was the issue. Somehow it was causing the CC to stop working. Apparently there was a short in the wire going the the drivers side fog light. I fix this and it started working agian.

I have the same issue! Curious on how to fix it as well, since only thing I have that isn’t stock is a Bluetooth Kenwood on the dash.
