    All,
starting to feel some rear end vibrations on my 01 PreRunner double cab, was thinking about changing out the rear shocks and maybe the leafs. Problem is I'm not sure if it's currently stock or not. Can you tell from these pics?PXL_20250319_182337664.MP.jpg PXL_20250319_182516390.MP.jpg PXL_20250319_182400893.MP.jpg PXL_20250319_182412180.jpg

Describe the vibrations and conditions they occur under.

    Miles on truck?

Vibrations are much more likely to be tire related than suspension. One easy test is rotating tires To the front and see if the vibration follows

rear suspension looks stock. Vibrations can me caused by multiple things. I bit more information about your truck would be helpful.

Thanks for the responses. Truck has 226K. It feels kinda like the rear end is bouncing a lot, I figured with miles why not go ahead and refresh the rear suspension as I already did the front last year.

Then its time to do the rear suspension. I would also inspect u joints, carrier bearing and check the tires/wheels.

Rear springs look flat, shocks will make it ride better for now. But the springs eventually need to be addressed.
