Hello Tacoma world. Long time, no see. I have a 1998 single cab with a 3rz that I picked up for $300. It was too good to be true even knowing that it had a “blown engine.” Very clean frame, has been wrecked, but the repairs look sound enough.

The head was pulled off of the engine when I purchased it. There was no explanation and I received the majority of the top end and accessories in a very damp and moldy cardboard box.

This pickup is going to my dad and he is the one spending the money. So, per his request, I purchased a long block and stuffed it in. I’m slowly putting it back together. Could you guys provide me with pictures of your stock 3rz so I can figure out routing of hoses and wiring and such. Pictures!IMG_3066.jpg image000000.jpg

I have some wants for this pickup that maybe you guys can help me with. I need a rear interior cab panel for the single cab tacoma in grey. Someone put bucket seats in it, so if I can find a center console with cup holders in grey, that would also be bitchin’. I will have a crossbox and a plastic bedliner to go to a good home in the northern/central idaho region if anyone is interested.

    Nobody? I’m disappointed.
