Got a 3rd gen taco with 2” lift. Looking to install uca but on a budget. I’m looking at Ironman uca…any thoughts on Ironman?

Are your alignment specs off? Are you hoping for more tire clearance? Or just want to do it for the sake of doing it?

I did UCA's on a budget and after about a year the bushings were squeaking like crazy, I had to spray WD40 every other week just to keep them quiet. I bit the bullet and installed the JBA's with their new bushing style that you can grease and I'm glad I did. If you really want to do UCA's, do them right the first time and you won't regret it.

I run the Ironman and have no issues with them at all. Their early arms had shitty BJ's but the ones available now are good.

If your alignment is good, you are wasting money. The only reason for new UCAs is to help get caster back after lifting.

If that's the case spend your money elsewhere there's no point in changing it. Most aftermarket uca's have built in caster and camber to correct for a high lift generally 2.5-3". Now the thing with added positive caster built into most uca's is you will lose tire clearance at the cab mount.
There's no real strength benefit. I really feel like you could find a better place to dump that cash into on the truck.
