Truck wont REV

2014 Super White Tacoma Access Cab

2014 Tacoma Access Cab. So I needed a new battery. Installed the new battery and now my truck will not Rev pedal to the floor just idles at 1000. Lights on the cluster are (check Engine, and TRAC off). Disconnected battery let capacitors deplete checked fuses. AT A LOSS. Am I missing something?
Yes, I did install the battery correctly.

Any Advice greatly appreciated

Check the ECTS fuse in the underhood fuse box, not uncommon for it to blow with a weak battery and/or jump start.

If that's good you will need to see what code(s) you have.
