I have a 2012 off-road prerunner and I was looking at my in cab fuse panel trying to figure which fuse to run some aux drl on. I decided to use the #3 10amp fuse for the tail light. Here's the odd thing there is no fuse in the #3 spot but everything that I read is associated with that fuse works. How is this possible and do I need to put a fuse in there? Any help would be appreciated. I did somewhat search but what I found was more towards that fuse blowing.

And yet the dash lights and tail lights still work?
    Not sure how.....? But ok.

Sure is a strange situation. Never seen that before.

That is very strange indeed. I had to go outside and check my 2012 Prerunner to see what I have and I have a 10 amp Tail Fuse in that location. Someone must have modified it at some point is the only explanation I can think of.

Do you have a fuse in position #4 (shown as a blank location in the picture above) next to where the Tail Fuse would be?

If it does pull this out and see if the Tail Lights stop working.

I would like to thank everyone of you guys for your attempt to help me. Every now and then stupidity comes across my brain when I over/underthink something. Well I already had an add a fuse in the #3 spot which was covering the #2 spot making me think the add a fuse was in the #2 spot. The #4 is the empty spot I thought was the #3 spot to answer Jimmy's question.
