OPT7 light bar installed but DRLs don't work

Aloha.

Installed the OPT7 light bar with the OPT7 easy connect harness. Installation was straightforward.

The light bar works as advertised. Nice and bright.

The only issue I found is that the DRLs no longer light up.

Now the funny thing is that even with the OPT7s unplugged the DRLs still don't come on.

The lights come on when I turn on the parking lights but not on the DRL setting on the steering wheel light stalk.

Would appreciate any help.

The DRLs won't come on when the hand brake is on. Of course, all the checks I've done were right after the light bar installation so the truck was parked with the brake is on. Who would have thought ... such a strange function to disable the DRLs with the hand brake applied.
