If anyone is interested in getting the bad lands offroad jack, it is going to be one sale for one day only, tomorrow, Sunday March 23rd, for $229 with an insider track membership. This is a huge deal!! I have one that i purchased when it first came out and it have NEVER been this low before.

Yup.....i went in to go grab one at 1pm, and literally missed the last one by 2 minutes. The customer who grabbed the last one was actually at the register with it.

Considery yourself lucky, they saved you some misery. There's a reason why they cost less than half of a Honda. Don't get me wrong, harbor freight has a niche, but generators aren't their strong suit

Heads up: Harbor Freight is having a pretty smokin' deal on their Apache line of cases. I like the rifle case ($99 down from $149) and the 4800 X-Large case starting next friday, 4/11.

How have the corded 4.5inch angle grinders held up for people? Bauer or Hercules. Should I try it, or shell out for a big brand?

I’ve got a cordless but I’m looking for something corded for the occasional large job, save my batteries for other stuff

They are ok but I highly recommend opening the gearbox to check how much grease there is, my first harbor freight grinder had almost no grease, worked way better with grease added.

I have a bauer, no complaints, but I'm not using it all that often. More torque than my battery powered makita one for sure

I can't speak for any of the HF tools, but I know Metabo HPT's corded grinder is solid and it's often on sale for $40: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Metabo-HPT...liding-Switch-Corded-Angle-Grinder/1001107544

    4 run, 2 don't
    Can confirm.

My wife bought it for me when I went to welding school and I used it a lot there.

Some +3 years later and I still use it every day I perform any metal work in the garage since I keep a crimped wire wheel on it.

I have 4 of the bauer grinders and they work well. They get used alot but its spread across all 4. The only one I have had die on me was the warrior one. That one was horrible to use too.

I needed a large vice to hold my honda civic steeting knuckle/strut and I don't have a place to mount a vice at the current rental house, it worked out really well, its definitely not as smooth as a wilton.vice but for the price its a really good deal.
