Help wiring nightmare rear lights and turn signals

Help I have an 89 hilux and I wired in a new harness after installing a used bed on it and now my light are all confused exp. if I turn my left blinker on my brake lights flash, but if I turn my right blinker on my left tail on my left turn, signal stays solid. The wiring harness came out of a 2000 because that’s what I had for parts truck long story short I blew the rear end up in the original truck needed a new rear end found a 2000 for a decent price took the bed and the wiring harness tail lights. You know whatever I could scavenge off of the 2000 that would work for the 89 I’ve done with pretty good success. I need help figuring out a wiring diagram for an 89 rear tear lights all lights on the rear end and also I need a diagram for a 2000 so I can figure out what wires are crossed which colors changed or whatever the deal is if anybody could help me, I’d greatly appreciate it.
