    What are the best mirrors?

My last car was German. The mirrors came factory with anti-dazzle coating, power, tilt, and heated. An outside temp thermometer would register if temp dropped below a certain point to automatically kick on mirror heat.
    They always worked.
On top of that, you could order European aspherical, where the outer third (marked by a dotted line) was blind-spot. Built into the mirror.

My Tacoma on the other hand, came from factory with a $1 mirror from Dollar Tree.

If it is cold, there are basically no mirrors.

Thus, I am looking at fixing that problem.
Want to know what you did.

This used to be my main contender. I saw these in person, they looked good. Guy said easy install, decent price.
    -heated
    -signal option
    -folds out for towing
    -folds in to off road
    -new black plastic

    what more do you need

However, I just saw this. Possibly better.

Then again. Maybe not. For barely any cheaper, it has a plug. No idea how to wire that.
-the "Dodge mirrors" probably fit, universal wiring, switch, instructions. Not much more cost
-these don't have widen tow mode. The "Dodge" ones do.

    3rd option
    maybe the best
    these look great
However, costs more than twice more. That's justified and understandable.
    but I ain't rich

I have SpotterMirrors inserts and am 100% satisfied with them. They've stayed put even w/ moderate offroading and the wide-angle mirror inserts are crucial for covering blind spots since I have a full utility shell on back and zero rear-view mirror usage.

Theoretically the SpotterMirrors could be hooked up to a heating circuit but I've not pursued that.
