    Has anyone ever reversed the LP9 brackets to give a little extra forward clearance to mount on their bumper? It works, but keeps the light in a rigid forward orientation that can’t be adjusted. The alternative is just making some kind of bracket to let the light sit more forward.

    We see it all the time, not intentionally, but we have seen a couple of people reverse the bracket. It should be able to work if you need a little bit of clearance.
