I have a 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD that I literally just added a four channel amp and mono and subs and upgraded my door speakers. I used a DSP behind the factory head unit. All signals are fine. It sounds great Stereo really sounds amazing, but I noticed after that for Bluetooth phone calls, I can’t hear the person on the other end of the phone, but I’m pretty sure they can hear me from my understanding never seen this before done plenty of stereo systems the only wires that were touched for a 12 V and ignition and eight speaker wires help???

I might check your fade front to rear and see if anything got mixed up. I know in most vehicles call audio only comes from the front channels so just double check that nom wires got crossed. Could be a situation of your DSP only using the rear channels for some reason
