I knew I wanted to do this Mod to my '25 TRD Pro I just wasn't completely sure if I wanted to go with the black gas spring version or the stainless steel gas spring version. I ended up going with the stainless version mainly because of the 5yr warranty Vs the 4yr warranty on the black strut version. However I didn't like the stainless look on a vehicle that has no chrome. If you purchase direct from Redline Tuning there is an add on option for Carbon Fiber. That was the winning formula. Here they are. Thoughts

Did it help with the hood flutter?

Have these on my 24 TRD OR. Great addition. Lifts the hood a little higher than stock. Great addition. I did not add the carbon fiber sleeves though.
Can't comment on the hood flutter as I haven't noticed it. I'll try to remember to pay closer attention on my drive to and from work tomorrow. I do have the sound insulation under the hood on mine...wonder if that makes a difference.

It probably took me longer to prep (getting the tools together) than once you begin turning wrenches. I had the previous style on my 2nd Gen. This is wayyyy easier. Great Job @RedlineTuning
