If the dealer did the alignment, it is in spec and not where you need it to be to prevent rubbing.

This makes a whole lot of sense to me. Sounds like changing wheels is best bet to ensure no rubbing in extreme bumps and turning then. Thank you for the insights.

Unless you are dead set on spending a ton of money on new wheels, you can easily fix that with a $125 alignment. There are a lot of posts on here showing what numbers you need to hit. Take it to an independent shop that knows how to align lifted IFS trucks and you’ll be very happy.

Ok so I took my truck back to toyota and they ended up redoing the alignment. It's not rubbing at simple turns anymore and theres slightly more clearance in there. Just don't know if it'll rub at full turn and coming off driveway. Got to test that. Thanks for the advice so far everyone. Here are the report and pics.

That still isn’t good. You need to take it somewhere else or tell Toyota to align it with 3 degrees of caster. It will still rub like that most likely.

Yes you are correct, still very light rubbing but it has improved alot. I'll look to get it realigned again to caster at 3. how do the other values look to you?

Thank you! I'm just glad I saw a good improvement to where I don't need to get new wheels with a positive offset. Now I just gotta see if a caster of 3 will be good at full tu rn and compression. Will soon test it. Thank you for all of the help so far.
