So different cover stocks and materials have different characteristics.
I’m trying to find my “happy ball”.
Cover design also has a factor.
I can have 2 sets of the same cover and I’ll go after the most unusual.
I’ll get rid of the other.
So I’ll end up with a small collection of
My first set of balls from 50 years ago.
A 2.7 set hard rubber
A 2.6 set plastic (which in using now)
A 2.6 set hard rubber (which are these Comets)
A 2.5 set (to be determined) Had a 2.4 set but wouldn’t carry pins.

My wife uses 2.5’s and uses her original from same time as mine.
We are currently looking for another set of 2.5’s for her.

I drew the entire campus from scratch in AutoCAD after I started here because the one my predecessor was using wasn't to scale. What is the point in having it drawn at all if it isn't scaled?!?

A year or so after I'd drawn it we sent the CAD plan to a civil engineering for a GIS job. They said they imported it and only had to make a few minor corrections and asked where I got it from. I told them they didn't want to know.

Point being Google Earth would have taken me longer.
