Thank you and thank you. It does seem to be a cool rig. Just getting my feet wet with it...I only wish it were the six speed manual. Also, I'll try harder not to engage.

    Cheers!

Same here. I also own a Land Cruiser and we are probably on that same LC site that I find much more enjoyable and chill. I don't engage here often because of the attitudes displayed here.

If you notice the brake problem persists while on twisty, windy roads, it could be the VSC system engaging. It’s a scary problem that usually happens after a lift but even in your case with the new, larger tires it could be the culprit. Look for the traction control light illuminating briefly during the brake problem.

We have been keeping an eye on it. No lights have come on at all, but the issue did start after the tire size increase. Nothing has happened since the caliper pins were cleaned and greased, and my son has taken it over the grade a few times. Still want to tear it all down, clean and grease everything. Bleeding and replacing brake fluid, etc. as it obviously sat around a lot.

    Just messing around. Sorry...

Besides, I don't want my son to discover that you can actually get a scoop. One more thing to add to the list of "to do"...
