I have a 3" body lift and 3" suspension lift on my 1998 Tacoma (Xtra cab, SR5, 3.4L V6). I put the body lift on when I was younger so that I could get bigger tires, but now I want to have it removed. None of my local mechanics or body shops will spend the time to look for the parts needed to return it to stock, but one mechanic will take it off for me if I find all of stock parts.

I have looked at a bunch of old forum posts and many of them have pointed me to buying a 0" body lift kit from 4crawler offroad site, but they are no longer in business.

Can anyone point me to a kit or a complete lift of parts that I would need to remove the body lift from my truck (including bolts, bushings, gas filler tube, and whatever else)? I have looked and looked but I am not very savvy with this stuff and would appreciate any help. Thanks!

The cab and bed SB pretty easy to go back to stock, I would be worried about the bumper connections areas, usually that where they replaced or cut brackets if I remember correctly.
Did you try Energy Suspensions for a replacement poly bushing kit?

Don't forget that your fan shroud was probably cut on the bottom when the body lift was added. If your truck doesn't run hot, you can probably just leave it as is.

It looks like 4crawler has closed up shop and isn't selling kits anymore.

I see that I can get the body mount bushings from Energy Suspension. I still am not having any luck finding the stock body mount bolts and figuring out what other parts I need. Would appreciate any other help finding this stuff!

If I could find my old bolts you could have them. I'll keep my eye out. Any big box store with a hardware section will have bolts that would work. The kits that 4crawler sold had nylocks so get those if you can.

Your options are, A) pull one bolt from the front, one from under the cab, and one from the bed, measure them, and order 3"/75mm shorter bolts from somewhere like McMaster-Carr, or B) use Partsouq and your vin to look up the part numbers for the bolts, and order them those parts.
