Heat them up with a hair dryer to soften the adhesive, use fishing line to floss behind and detach them. Follow up with goo gone to remove any adhesive left behind and wash the paint after.

Dental floss or fishing line. The goal is to cut the foam between the badge and the door without marring the paint on the door. Dental floss takes longer but is less likely to scratch the clear coat. Goo gone to remove the residue on the door, don't scrub or you will scratch the clear coat. Wash and then polish with something like Menzerna 2500. It will look like they were never there.

Are those part of an OEM package or aftermarket? I don't think I've seen those on the road.

Ya those are tacky and unnecessary in my opinion.
Should be easy to take off if you're somewhat handy.
    Follow advice provided above.
    Don't use really high heat.

Five minutes to remove the emblems with dental floss. Ten minutes to remove the residual adhesive with 3M cleaner and a microfiber cloth. 3M product does not damage the paint.

Cut them off with fishing line then peel the adhesive off. If you pull the adhesive in the opposite direction that you think you would. As in don't pull it the direction its peeling off pull like your trying to stretch it it just comes right off as it stretches it breaks the adhesive and leaves no residue.

Little trick I learned years ago. I've debadged every vehicle I've owned using this method, it's very fast and works great. If you just try and peel it off normally it's a pain in the ass.

A few additions to make me feel cool.
3M eraser wheel for the win. To remove I use a heat gun. If you get them good and hot they will peel right off. Or use the fishing line method. It really simple. I'm sure you can find a video on youtube.
