Strange Bump/Halt feeling while on the highway

I have a 2022 toyota tacoma SR5, i bought in January 2025 with 23,700 miles and am currently at 26,500. I've only experienced this a handful of times, and its hard to explain. Basically I will be driving normally down the highway, and out of nowhere my truck will sound/feel like I ran over a big bump, and there's clearly no bump. Its almost like it feels like the front right tire halts movement for a split second. I'm just wondering if anybody on here has ever experienced or worked on a truck having a similar issue.

Its completely random and doesn't happen when accelerating or braking, its been mainly while I'm going around 60mph. My best guess is a wheel bearing that is possibly worn? I am just hopeful that some of you would have some input.

Driveshaft ujoints or center bearing going out, maybe.
